MBA stores your Association records for seven years as required by law. Records are available for inspection and copying with advanced notice.
Process Sales and Rental applications including background checks for Board approval. Assist realtors, purchasers, mortgage companies and title companies requiring information for a sale. Provide timely and accurate estoppel letters necessary for a sale to be completed.
